Frozen treats aren't really turning into wine in Plainfield, but it might look that way. The long-vacant Ritter's Frozen Custard building in the Cambridge development near I-70 and Ind. 267 has been acquired by Dr. Charles Thomas, who plans to remodel the blue-and-white structure to look like a wine barrel next to his Chateau Thomas Winery.
