Should you use 2 AG kits to <b>make</b> 10 gallons?

Most AG kits are for 5 gallon recipes. Would you use 2 kits for 10 gallons? I plan to try AG soon and have an AG 10 gal cooler system with a 15 gallon kettle and a 5 gallon AG ingredient kit. I was told you can make 5 gallons using this ...
